1.        What’s Your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

At Aung Crown, our beanie MOQ is 50pcs per style and color; for other types of hats, MOQ is 25pcs per style and color.

We also can support orders that are less than the upper quantities, but the price will be much higher than the upper, which is not cost-effective. Therefore, we suggest ordering from our MOQ which is affordable and reasonable.

2.        What Fabrics Can I Choose From?

We – Aung Crown located in Shenzhen, China, the biggest souring fabric market, can provide tons of fabrics for you to choose from, from regular to sustainable fabrics. Including, cotton, wool, linen, rPET, recycled nylon, and various synthetic fibers.

3.        How Long Does Production Take Generally?

In general, the production time is affected by many factors, such as quantity, complex craftsmanship, etc. Therefore, the production time for simple hats is about 15 to 20 days, and the production time for complex hats is up to 30 days or even longer.

4.        Can I Place a Sample Order Before Bulk Orders?

100% Sure. There are 3 sample orders at Aung Crown.

1.      When you place a sample order, you must pay the sample cost and shipping cost.

2.      If you place a bulk order directly, we will make a free pre-production sample by taking photos for your check quality, once you confirm, then we will move to bulk production, which could help you save the sample cost and work time.

3.      You can place a bulk order directly, we will make a free sample and ship it for your checking quality before moving to bulk hat production, you only need to pay for $50 shipping cost.

5.        How to Calculate the Price of Customizing Hats?

The price of the custom hat is up to the design, fabric, craft, quantities, and shipping fee. In general, the more you get, the cheaper the price; the fewer quantities, the higher the price.

6.        Is There Any Limit to Color Choices?

We have lots of color cords to choose from, almost covering all the colors on the market. If you need a special color, please send us the related Pantone color for reference, which helps a lot.

7.        Can I Add My Logo?

Of course, we have professional equipment and experienced staff who can make your logo look delicate and perfect. We will make a mold for you to confirm before manufacturing.

8.        How Can You Ensure the Quality of Hats?

We have strict quality control systems to control the quality of hats from raw material procurement to production. At every step, we have professional staff to check the quality and standard of the hats. Before shipping, we will have the final check to ensure that each hat meets the standard and quality.

9.        Can I Design the Hat Style?

Yes, of course. If you have an idea about the hat style, please tell us as detailed as possible, and then we can make mold-ups for you to refer to until you’re satisfied. Just tell us as possible as you can.

10.    Can I Customize the Packages?

Yes, we also offer custom packaging and labels. Whether it is sophisticated gift boxes or personalized packaging bags, we can produce for your needs.

11.    Could the Order Be Expedited?

It depends on whether there is an available production line or not. If the production line is full, we will not be able to expedite your order. If there is an available production line, we can expedite your order and there may be additional charges for expediting your order. The specific fees will depend on your urgency and needs.

12.    Can I Add Some Special Functions to the Hats?

Yes, of course. We offer these special features that you can choose from, anti-UV coating, waterproof, and thermal inner layers to meet your different needs in different environments.

13.   What Shipping Ways Do You Offer?

We ship via UPS, DHL, and FedEx. If you have an established relationship with a carrier or have your own Express account, you can choose to ship collect. Both air and ocean shipping are available for international orders. For international orders, we have lots of experience in handling related transportation and customs clearance.

14.    Can You Customize from The Provided Sample?

Yes, we can customize your hats or clothing from the sample that you provide.

15.   Can I Change the Design of Hats During Manufacturing?

Yes, but it will affect the turnaround time and increase the cost. Therefore, before making the sample or bulk order, we will double check all the details with you, and you can change the design of the hat before manufacturing.
